1. Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, installing or using the Atlasio application, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of the service
Atlasio is a mobile geography quiz application that lets you:
- Play flag and geography quizzes
- Take part in multiplayer matches (ranked and casual)
- Track your performance through an ELO ranking system
- Earn virtual rewards (coins)
- Unlock features through a Premium subscription
3. User account
3.1 Creating an account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You can create an account with an email address and a password, or through your Google account (Google Sign-In). In the latter case, no Atlasio password is required.
3.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity carried out from your account, and for choosing an appropriate username.
3.3 One account per person
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent sanctions or manipulate the leaderboard is prohibited.
4. Rules of conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts or automated programs to play
- Manipulating the leaderboard (falsified results, collusion between players)
- Harassing, insulting or threatening other players
- Sharing illegal or offensive content, or content protected by third-party rights
- Attempting to hack or circumvent the Application's systems
- Selling, renting or transferring your account to a third party
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of your account, with no refund of any purchases made.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Atlasio content
The Application, its code, design, graphics, texts and trade name are the property of PICK SAS and are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2 Flags and country names
Flag images are provided by flagcdn.com (public domain) and geographic data comes from open sources.
5.3 User content
By submitting a profile picture, you grant Atlasio a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Application. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to that content.
6. Virtual currency and purchases
6.1 Coins (virtual currency)
Coins (💎) are a virtual currency with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or refunded (except where required by law).
6.2 Premium subscription
Atlasio offers a Premium subscription with two plans:
- Monthly: €1.99 / month
- Yearly: €9.99 / year
The Premium subscription grants the following benefits: no advertising, unlimited games without spending coins, up to 2 streak freezes, and an exclusive leaderboard badge.
The subscription is managed through RevenueCat and the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android) platforms. It renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. You can cancel at any time from your platform account settings (App Store or Google Play). Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refund is granted, except where required by law.
Prices may vary depending on your country and the local currency shown on the download platforms.
6.3 Advertising
Non-Premium users may see advertisements. You can watch rewarded ads to obtain free coins.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the Application available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind
- We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages
- Our total liability may not exceed the amount paid for the Premium subscription over the last 12 months
9. Changes to these terms
In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you through the Application at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Application after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
10.1 By the user
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
10.2 By Atlasio
We may suspend or delete your account in the event of a breach of these terms, without notice in the case of a serious breach.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France. For users residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
